AMM-Con, the Alternative Mass Media Conference, is a one-day workshop for anyone reporting on the Second Amendment. Journalists, bloggers, podcasters, YouTubers, radio hosts, and first-time advocates. If you’ve got something to say, this is where you learn to say it well.

AMM-Con welcomes every kind of media maker, from seasoned reporters to people who just want their advocacy to land. It’s made possible by our main benefactor, the Second Amendment Foundation.
OUR HISTORY
It started with one journalist who wouldn't be sidelined.
In 2017, journalist Gail Pepin went to a podcasting conference and quickly realized her beat, the Second Amendment, was frowned upon by the room. She wasn’t dissuaded. She teamed up with other 2A media personalities and launched the first AMM-Con.
It gained traction with advocates and activists, and the Second Amendment Foundation adopted it. Now in its 10th year, AMM-Con runs as the kick-off to the Gun Rights Policy Conference, co-hosted by SAF and the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms.
